Deskripsi Buku   : Buku ini disusun sebagai wujud kontribusi akademik dan praktis dalam menjawab berbagai tantangan yang dihadapi industri tenun tradisional, khususnya Tenun Songket Palembang, di tengah dinamika globalisasi dan era transformasi digital yang semakin pesat. Kehadiran inovasi berbasis teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang baru bagi industri kreatif berbasis budaya untuk berkembang lebih adaptif, efisien, dan kompetitif. Melalui semangat tersebut, buku ini dihadirkan sebagai upaya mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi dalam mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing UMKM. Industri tenun tradisional merupakan warisan budaya bangsa yang memiliki nilai historis, estetika, dan ekonomi yang tinggi. Namun, proses produksinya masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti pencatatan manual yang tidak akurat, produktivitas yang sulit diprediksi, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi modern dalam sistem pengelolaannya. Inovasi Rajo Tenun Monitoring and Control System (RMCS) dirancang sebagai solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Melalui integrasi Internet of Things (IoT) dan dashboard digital, RMCS memungkinkan pemantauan proses produksi secara real-time serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara kearifan lokal dan kemajuan teknologi sehingga tradisi tenun dapat terus berkembang dalam industri modern. Buku ini tidak hanya menyajikan landasan teori mengenai manajemen produksi dan transformasi digital, tetapi juga memaparkan secara rinci proses pengembangan RMCS, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, desain arsitektur, implementasi lapangan, hingga evaluasi kinerja sistem. Pendekatan ilmiah yang digunakan menjadikan buku ini relevan sebagai referensi bagi peneliti, akademisi, mahasiswa, UMKM, serta pemangku kepentingan yang memiliki perhatian terhadap penguatan industri kreatif berbasis budaya. Kami menyadari bahwa buku ini masih memiliki keterbatasan. Oleh karena itu, kritik dan saran sangat kami harapkan.
